What is Reiki?
In the west there are three degrees within Reiki, each level is individual and stands alone. There is no need or pressure on the student to progress through all three degrees. However, students need to be attuned to Reiki One before they progress to the higher levels.
What will you learn?
Each of our Reiki course is taken over one day. The groups are restricted to four places in order to ensure that each student receives individual attention.
This is the first degree and the basic healing attunement which brings the healing power of balance and Universal Harmony into all areas of life. It will empower the student to carry out self-healing and also to channel this energy to family and friends, pets and plants.
You will study:
- Receive 4 attunements to the Reiki energy
- Understand the history of Reiki
- Be aware of the Reiki principles
- Have an understanding of the Reiki energy and how it can be used
- Chakras and Auras
- Reiki hand positions
- Self-healing
- Reiki treatment to family and friends, plants and animals
What does the course include?
- Personalised course folder containing all course content & additional notes
- Refreshments throughout the course
- Informal teaching style allowing course members to ask questions and make input
- Numbers are limited so teaching is kept on a personal level
