TERMS & CONDITIONS

Set out below are the booking & cancellations terms and conditions for TRAINING COURSES & WEDDINGS.

TRAINING COURSE BOOKINGS

  1. Full payment for all Introduction Courses and Workshops
  2. £100 deposit for all VTCT Courses.
  3. Places cannot be confirmed without a booking form and payment/deposit.
  4. Full balance payment should be made at least 30 working days (1 month) prior to your course date, please check your invoice for payment details.
  5. All personal information received will be treated in the strictest confidence, and in full accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.

TRAINING COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY (these terms are strictly adhered to)

  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless the course is cancelled by oursleves. Course dates are not exchangable without prior consent of the Principal.
  • Course bookings cancelled at least 30 working days prior to course date; full payment will be refunded or waived, unless VTCT registrations for your courses have been made, then this amount will be deduced from the refund (these registrations will be held by CMA for future course completion or transferred to another college on request).
  • Course bookings cancelled between 29 – 18 working days prior to course date, 50% payment will be refunded, unless VTCT registrations for your courses have been made, then this amount will be deduced from the refund (these registrations will be held by CMA for future course completion or transferred to another college on request.
  • Course bookings cancelled less than 18 working days prior to the course date, 100% of the course & registration fees (registration at this point will have been competed) will be charged for loss of business and incurred costs.
  • Under any circumstances, course fees will not be refunded in full or in part for courses which are started but not completed. CMA will however, allow completion at anytime in the future by prior agreement.

NB: Non-attendance together with non-payment prior to the course date, without due cancellation notice as above, you will be liable for full payment which if not made within 5 working days, relevant court action will be taken to recover payment.

WEDDING BOOKINGS

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Complete booking form & return with relevant deposit, this will be confirmed in writing with invoice. 
  • Balance payment is due 1 month prior to wedding date, unless any additional trials are booked and these payments will be due immediately. Please check your invoice for payment details.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS for weddings booked less than 4 weeks prior to wedding date

  • Complete booking form & return with relevant deposit, this will be confirmed in writing with invoice.
  • Full invoice payment will be due immediately regardless of when trial are booked, if after your trial/s you do not wish to continue with the booking, payment for the trial/s will be retained and the balance refunded to you. If you continue with the booking after your trial/s our cancellation terms will apply.

CANCELLATON POLICY (please read carefully as these terms are strictly adhered to)

  • 30% of all deposits are non-refundable unless Orchid Indulgence is responsible for cancelling the wedding, due to administration costs and potential loss of business.
  • Cancellations at least 30 working days prior to wedding date; full payment minus chargeable deposit will be waived, unless trials have been provided, then relevant trial charges as per your tariff will be charged for services completed.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 30 working days prior to the wedding date, irrelevant of trials being completed; a 60% charge of the total invoice will apply for loss of business and incurred costs.
  • Wedding bookings cancelled less than 15 working days prior to the wedding date, irrelevant of trials being completed; full invoice charges will apply for loss of business and incurred costs.
  • Cancellation due to dissatisfaction with trials: our artists are experienced and will make every effort to deal with any issues at the trial/s but they are unable to do this unless clients are honest & open with them. If any issues are still not resolved after proven discussion with the artist at the trial, then clients must contact the Orchid office no later than 24 hrs after the trial or full charges will apply. Not unless there are serious issues and agreed reasonable reasons for dissatisfaction, will any negotiation be considered.

Payment Options 

We accept all of the following payment methods. If you book a course directly from the website you will automatically be taken via the booking process to the relevant payment method screen. For your information, payment options include:

VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

For instant payments we recommend using 'Google Checkout' for secure online payments. All payments are subject to a transaction fee of 3.4% + 15p.

Acceptance Mark

VIA CHEQUE

VIA DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

If you have online banking you can pay via a bank transfer directly to our bank account: Bank Account: 81405845 & Sort Code: 40-13-33

VIA INSTALMENT PLAN: VTCT COURSES ONLY 

If you wish to pay via the instalment plan, we will work out a payment plan for you from booking throughout the duration of the course.

NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable & balance payments must be paid in full accordance with the invoice and our terms and conditions.
