Course Information

Home based, non-taught course, apart from 2 hr attendance for mandatory multiple choice test paper to be carried out.

The VTCT qualification is currently accepted for entry to join the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Units within this qualification have been mapped to the relevant National Occupational Standards (NOS) and the qualification is accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) as well as being approved and supported by Skills for Health (the sector skills council for health).

This is a non-taught course. The Academy will provide a comprehensive notes manuals containing all relevant bodily systems for study/revision purposes and candidates choose a date to sit their 2 hour exam paper and will also be required to submit assignments done at home.

How will I be assessed?

The course is assessed through a home based assignment and an independent multiple choice test paper completed at the Academy under exam conditions, candidates will be given date options to sit this paper in their confirmation letters.

Candidates are required to get 70% as a pass rate. Candidates have 3 attempts to pass.
